Historic day at the Olympics, with two BC cross country skiers in the top 20.
Joe Davies of Pemberton finished in 12th overall and Rémi Drolet of Rossland in 19th, in the Men's 10km Interval Start Free.

Joe is from Whistler Nordic Ski Club and was a Jackrabbit with Spud Valley Nordics in Pemberton. Joe first made the BC Talent Squad in 2014, the BC Dev Squad in 2016, and the BC Ski Team in 2018. Joe completed a degree at the University of Utah, and as a dual citizen, races for Great Britain.
Rémi is from Black Jack Cross Country Ski Club in Rossland. Rémi first made the BC Talent Squad in 2013, the BC Dev Squad in 2015, and the BC Ski Team in 2016. Rémi raced for and completed a degree at Harvard. This is his 2nd Olympic Winter Games.
